Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CV-Flow ("CV-Flow", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. CV-Flow is operated as an individual venture based in Turkey; it is not, at this time, a registered corporate entity.

CV-Flow is an AI-assisted career platform that helps you build a master CV, generate job-specific CV variants, track job applications, and generate outreach messages. Some features rely on third-party AI models to analyze and rewrite content you provide.

AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular application, employer, or job market. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it, and CV-Flow does not guarantee any interview, offer, or employment outcome.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@cvflow.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

CV-Flow offers a free trial and paid subscription plans (monthly and annual). Paid orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our order processor and Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means Lemon Squeezy Inc. is the seller of record and handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and related compliance. Charges will appear on your card or bank statement under "Lemon Squeezy" or "LemonSqueezy.com".

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.
• We may change subscription pricing going forward; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information to employers or third parties;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service or its underlying AI features;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or subscription restrictions;
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others, contains malware, or is otherwise harmful;
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to automate bulk account creation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the CV and profile content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant CV-Flow a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending relevant portions to AI providers to generate optimized CV content on your behalf.

CV-Flow lets you generate a public, shareable link for a CV (e.g. cv-flow.app/cv/your-slug). If you activate a public link, the content on that page is accessible to anyone who has the URL, including search engines that may index it. You can deactivate or delete a public link at any time from your dashboard, which removes it from active access going forward.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and templates (excluding Your Content), is owned by CV-Flow and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial job-search purposes.

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. hosting, database, AI processing, payments, transactional email) to operate. See our Subprocessors page for the current list. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused solely by a third-party provider.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or free of bias.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV-Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected. Disputes relating to your order and payment (as opposed to the Service itself) are additionally subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
